Oversight and directional leadership of the service management division, and a team of regional managers, for the western region territories such as Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, San Diego, Denver, Bay Area, Sacramento, and Honolulu. Responsible for all aspects of service operations of 40+ communities, totaling 10,000+ apartment homes. Additionally support the acquisition, disposition, development, capital and construction teams/activities.

(ASP) is a non-partisan, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting human development through the use of an innovative performance-based model. The ASP creates outside of school, educational and performing arts activities for thousands of poor and minority young people. It sponsors community and experimental theatre, develops leadership training and pursues volunteer initiatives that build and strengthen communities.I'm pleased to be an integral part of building an operating platform that focuses on adding value to all participants through high yield “life performance” projects supported by highly dedicated volunteers.
