I took over leadership of the company in 2015 and oversaw the expansion from Iowa and Nebraska into Minnesota and the Dakotas. I am responsible for the realization of the company's vision of becoming THE trusted advisor for industrial process measurement and control solutions in the Upper Midwest. Working with our management team, my direct responsibilities include strategic planning, business development, operations, HR, and marketing.

In this role at MMS I am responsible for defining the long-term direction of the company, and implementing the initiatives and processes to execute on that plan. I oversee HR, quality management, marketing, IT, and financial and sales planning.

Rotated each quarter for eighteen months through six different groups in the EMC marketing organization. Rotations included the EMC.com business management team, solutions marketing for Oracle applications, RSA strategic alliances marketing, product marketing, Business Intelligence services marketing, and channel marketing.These rotations provided me with a holistic view of the IT marketing organization and experience marketing to Enterprise, Mid-Range and Small to Mid-Size Businesses.
