Veryable enables businesses to create a real-time marketplace for labor that will put more people to work and relieve the burden on producers, improving overall productivity and enabling organic growth. During my time at Veryable I assisted in launching the Austin market from scratch. This market now has a healthy portfolio consisting of dozens of manufacturers and distributors that will continue to utilize Veryable. I also had the opportunity to hire and train new team members to be successful in the role.

-Develop new business relationships throughout Austin, Round Rock, and Georgetown to establish long-term business for Workbox- Completing 250 sales activities and setting 2-3 meetings per week-Meet with current and potential clients to improve employee turnover and increase production-Maintain long-term professional relationships with business partners to maintain client satisfaction and to assist them in meeting their staffing requirements-Administer negotiations in selling process and throughout relationship with clients-Assist in recruiting to fill large orders and assure client satisfaction

- Worked 60+ hours per week, knocked hundreds of doors every day, interpreted and utilized nonverbal communication, overcame objections and negotiated price. Generated over $47,000 in first year revenue- Sold 100 contracts in 13 weeks. Increased sales from June to August by 15% - In a nationwide company sales competition, qualification was based on the team that could sell the most contracts in 2 days. Out of 64 teams and 4 intense rounds, we placed 4th in the country
