About Phillip Sanchez

I have always had a passion for helping people with their personal growth and career development. I represented Navy Medicine as the Lead for Bureau Medicine and Surgery Leader Development Counsel. In that capacity I developed a detailed list of training and education opportunities to strengthen future leaders. As my last tour in the Navy, I served as a Facilitator at the Naval Leadership and Ethics Center, preparing Senior Officers and Enlisted Leaders for their roles as Executives. I also shared my passion for developing others as an On-Call faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro NC. Currently, I teach at Highpoint University, as Adjunct Faculty for the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship.
