• Ensured full compliance with airline handling manuals at all times, together with complying with the mass & balance documentation and load sheet regulations.
• Managed the disembarking and embarking of passengers, together with the loading and unloading of the baggage, whilst ensuring that the aircraft departed on schedule and within operational limitations.
• Coordinated the safe and timely delivery of all services to the aircraft; including fuel, catering, passenger and crew transport, ramp agents, ground equipment, engineering and water.
• Ensured that security items, such as unaccompanied bags and firearms, were loaded and documented correctly.

• I worked closely with international staff and was selected as the UK representative to visit the Canadian office, as well as representing the company in Taiwan and Malaysia to new and prospective customers, together.
• During this role, I developed a high-level knowledge of aircraft, air traffic management, aviation safety, charting and the ARINC-424 specification (used in Flight Management Systems).
