I am the Chief Technology Officer for Immersion Consulting. I have three decades of experience understanding and resolving complex client issues as well as driving consumption and growth for partners. I am adept at leading global cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions, and communicating sophisticated technical concepts to business leaders. I have comprehensive hands-on full-stack engineering experience covering design to implementation.I joined the Immersion team in 2023 to develop a line of business providing GenAI and Advanced Platform Engineering Services for the US Department of Defense. Additionally, I lead Immersion's efforts to provide advanced services around Cisco, GitLab, HashiCorp, Rancher, RedHat, and ServiceNow products.With a background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Bioinformatics, I have been at the nexus of technology and entrepreneurship. My 30 year career encompasses complex organization building, Fortune 500 consulting, Center of Excellence delivery, IT Governance, hardware design, software development, and performance engineering. I have designed (and led teams that have designed) a host of products and solutions including wearable medical devices, remote access devices, iBeacon/BLE tracking devices, MQTT/CoAP sensor solutions, IoT virtualization solutions, and application performance testing solutions. I have also been a founder, board member, and senior advisor in multiple start-ups with successful exits. I provide leadership across several disciplines such as: program management, product development, R&D, digital transformation, technical enablement, and development of go-to-market strategies. I am a strong communicator, mentor, and coach. I offer a depth and breadth of experience across multiple verticals, countries, cultures, technologies, and business segments.
