Next Generation Men & Women (Next Gen) closes the opportunity gap for Metro Atlanta High School students by creating a path to graduation and success after HS through exposure to college, career options and support. We believe that if every youth can see it and experience it, they can become it.We partner with under-resourced high schools to create student cohorts, led by Teachers and mentored by College students, to connect student interests to the world, visit local colleges and companies, and execute a plan for success after high-school — College & Career.

TribeTalk is a social network venture that connects high school and college students with professionals and scales career exploration, role modeling and mentorship opportunities. TribeTalk connects students to a large and diverse “Tribe” or community of professionals who use mobile phones to “Talk”, through brief videos, pictures, and text, about who they are, what they do on a daily basis and the paths they took to enter their professions. Our mission is to rapidly offer professional exposure and guidance in order to address the college and career readiness gap – and, we do this by meeting youth where they are - on social media.

- Oversaw the quality of services and programs being delivered by the Atlanta Workforce Development Agency, the workforce development system for the City of Atlanta. Covered all operating departments and each staff member of our 55-person agency and led a team of three Performance Analysts and a Deputy Director.- Designed and managed all data-driven performance metric and strategic management efforts for improving service delivery, achieving defined programmatic objectives, and informing day-to-day operations. Worked across all AWDA programs and initiatives and with a variety of stakeholders to facilitate on-boarding and implementation of performance management systems.- Led a 4 1/2 month comprehensive appraisal of organizational challenges and opportunities for growth. Designed 28 distinct rehabilitation project implementation charters to address systemic issues, including: WIA/WIOA Policies and Procedures, Finance and Budget, Customer Intake and Continuum of Services, Marketing and Outreach, Demand Driven Sector Strategy, Regional Workforce Group, etc.

- Designed a 3-5 year business plan for the NPS Chesapeake Bay Office, including an analysis of current and historic operations and programming, budget scenarios, staffing models, and the impact and leverage of the office on the Chesapeake region.- Produced a 71-page partnership analysis for the multi-stakeholder, multi-state Chesapeake Bay Large Landscape Conservation Partnership; collected data through literature reviews, surveys, interviews with current partners and other landscape-scaled partnerships, with an emphasis on operational, communication, and funding models that enhance multi-jurisdictional engagements.

- Led scaling up of start-up non-profit organization from conceptualization, business plan development, market strategy, fundraising and project implementation.- Designed and co-managed a one-year comprehensive socio-economic livelihood program for our target beneficiaries, a homeless, squatting Bajau indigenous community, collaborating with the UN World Food Program and the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives.

- Developed risk management, methodology based analytical models and published subsequent literature for clients to achieve a broad variety of benchmarks and execution objectives.- Conducted pre-trade analytics measuring value-at-risk, tracking error, stock price impact, liquidity, and relative coefficient values to answer client inquiries, re-balance portfolios and service trading desk.
