- Working with Customers to identify their trucking or warehousing needs and providing them with the best customer service- Negotiating prices with trucking and logistic service companies to provide the best price possible- Preparing documents such as Bill of Ladings, Packing Lists, Inspection Certificates and Delivery Orders to insure shipments are done properly- Planning +50 Ocean container offloads with necessary paperwork for ease of transition from port to final destination- Managed and Trained new employee's in sales, customer service and the process of moving shipments

- Assisted customers to find products and ensured that either their problems were solved or their lists completed- Cleaned aisles and ensured that they were maintained to the satisfaction of the managers- Lifted boxes upward of 75 pounds and used teamwork to move much heavier items such as treadmills, weight sets, furniture, etc.- Learned IBM AS400 and other inventory systems to ensure I had a good idea of how they work- Utilized teamwork and communication to manage busy days but also talk with coworkers and measure their strengths/weaknesses- Maintained stock and used scan guns to keep an up to date inventory of my designated aisle/products
