* Carry out marketing and admin tasks.* Contribute extensively to the quality of service delivery and relevant processes carried out by the Marketing & Admin team within the Client Services Department.* Collaborate with the Project Manager and others to create clear written SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) in relevant platforms such as Confluence and Trello.* Assist with office and process efficiencies in a continuous improvement mindset for relevant SOP* Identifying and implement agreed automation strategies.* Assist the Project Manager in supervision and training of the Marketing & Admin team.* Conduct quality checks for actual services provided to clients by the Marketing & Admin team and raise any issues with both the Project Manager and team members in a timely manner as needed.* Keep up to date with best practices in relevant platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Facebook Ads, ManyChat, Google, Trello, Confluence, etc.).* Additional marketing and support/administrative tasks as required.

* Creating engaging social media posts for clients, ensuring consistent and timely social media content.* Promoting and running post ads as required.* Creating video content for client promotions using Movavi.* Creating engaging Instagram story content for clients as required.* Involved in the development of ManyChat Messenger bot flows.* Setting up SOP using Confluence.* Software: ManyChat, Creator Studio, Trello, Confluence, Facebook Business Manager

* Liaising with client services and data analysis staff regarding change requests to Single Source surveys for Indonesia, USA, UK and Australia including Australian Business survey.* Managing change requests to ensure they meet set criteria and will not impact on the questions surrounding them.* Meeting with heads of departments and CEO to present all change requests and gain approvals.* Ensuring all approved change requests are implemented accurately, go through all necessary quality approval channels and receive final sign off from internal client.* Liaise with printers to ensure quality of final hard copy.* Involved in the creation and implementation of online business survey.
