I leverage these relationships to manage my Personal Lines portfolio to achieve planned sales, growth and profit objectives by applying sound underwriting to all business. This role facilitates the key relationship between NZI and the broker. It is expected that service delivery through strong personal relationships and a considered sense of urgency will be the key methods through which value is demonstrated. A close working relationship exists with internal colleagues in developing and growing profitable business through brokers and agents by developing a strategic approach to key brokers. I undertake a regular, proactive call cycle for key brokers and a broker visitation program as required, and am responsible for adding value to the NZI – Broker relationship via these proactive calls and visits.
