Responsible for advancing Supply Chain innovation in the Alaska Business unit. Working to seek out new technologies and processes to advance automation, improve data analytics, and increase Supply Chain efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborating regularly with technology partners, SMEs from the BU, and Supply Chain corporate groups to implement solutions and exploit opportunities that can be leveraged across the BU and potentially the corporation. Serving as the project manager and local SPOC for a variety of technology and process solutions, and responsibility for the success of the implementation and necessary training.

Responsible for ensuring an effective implementation of SAP S/4, GEP, and other ERP solutions for all Alaska Supply Chain and Materials Management functions. Oversaw solution design and localization to meet the unique needs of ConocoPhillips' Alaska business unit while adhering to the project principles of minimizing customization and changes to global design. Manage, mitigate, and communicate change impacts to the Alaska Supply Chain organization.

Perform sourcing activities, develop contracts, and manage suppliers in support of various ConocoPhillips Alaska's capital projects. My activities include RFPs, vendor negotiations, contract management, supplier relations management, supplier performance management. I continue to use Emptoris Enterprise Contract Management software for sourcing events and contract management. I use SAP MM as a part of my daily job activities.

Perform supply chain activities in support of a deepwater drilling program in the Gulf of Mexico. This includes sourcing events, materials management, vendor negotiations, and contract management. I utilize several tools to accomplish these tasks including the Emptoris Enterprise Contract Management and Sourcing tools and SAP.

I perform sourcing events and negotiate contracts in the Information Technology and Project Engineering space. I am currently utilizing the Emptoris Enterprise Contract Management and Sourcing tools to aid in performing sourcing events and developing contracts.

Create, manage, and administer services contracts for the Pipelines and Terminals division. Negotiate rates and terms, as well as send projects out for bid. Currently utilizing the Ariba Spend Managent application for RFPs and Dicarta Contract Management System for contract management.

As a Data Management Analyst I update and maintain master data in SAP, while looking for ways to improve, leverage, and automate processes.

Providing analytical support to the major equipment team. I help develop and update cost models and develop and monitor market intelligence tools.

Provided and facilitated the sharing of global inventory management best practices. Conducted multiple assesments to identify compliance risks and cost savings opportunities. Implemented plans to reduce costs and keep sites complaint with company and local standards.

Participated in an extensive training program that encompassed working as a supervisor on at the Dallas distribution center, learing how to sell transportation services, and learning how to operate terminals for a major LTL trucking company.

Worked as a summer intern in the Transportation Department. Learned about the business and transportation while helping to operate and cooridinate a large private fleet and a small for hire trucking firm.
