As President of Tolar Systems, strategic advisor to clients and a leader in my community, my passion is synergy: creating teams, systems and processes that help organizations accomplish their goals. In each of my roles, seeking first to understand allows me to develop transformational relationships. Change isn’t easy but I enjoy helping people through it. I ask a lot of questions; I’m not satisfied with the status quo or “that’s the way we’ve always done it.” I believe learning why people do what they do leads to better solutions and happier outcomes. My passions include: Family: My awesome wife and I are raising three kids together. We’re intentional about investing time and resources to help them become world changers! Radiant Life: As an Elder at Radiant Life for 7 years and its current Treasurer, I’ve been part its journey from a 50-person congregation to a 400-person congregation that redefined itself in 2014. Financial Education: My personal vision is to lead Radiant Life and its members to financial freedom by coordinating our Financial Peace University and providing financial counseling. Technology: I am a tech nerd at heart, serving as Audio Engineer for Radiant Life and other venues. I’ve been doing audio since college and I still love doing it. Networking and relationship building: As a past President of Elevate, I’m working to help our member businesses succeed. Our membership is limited so we can share and develop each other fully. At Tolar Systems, I’m proudest of accomplishing the vision that Lance Tolar and I developed in 2012: an intentional, values-based culture that attracts a great team, serves our clients well and is recognized and trusted across the Big Country. In a few short years, we’ve grown from a small organization with no managed service clients, to a diverse team ranked in the Channel Partners MSP501 and selected as 2018 Newcomer of the year.
