The position involves six general responsibilities: (1) Conduct training needs assessments and organizational assessments to determine appropriate Human Performance Improvement (HPI) strategies for client companies.(2) Develop customized intervention strategies for clients, which include but are not limited to instructor led training, asynchronous e-learning courses, employee development programs, internal reporting systems and behavioral safety programs.(3) Facilitate strategic planning sessions with senior leadership teams.(4) Deliver instructor led training for all employe positions.(5) Conduct empirical and meta-ananlytic studies of human performance and organizational behavior.(6) Publish research and intervention strategies in relevant industry publications, and present those findings at industry conferences.Additional responsibilities include project management, marketing and customer relations, procurement, publishing, graphic design, development of instructional media and web design.
