Hi, I'm Phillip Raish, owner of Gatos Pastizzi which is Australias favourite Maltese Pastizzi brand. These days I love playing with pastries and looking at expanding our stockists reach throughout Australia by having as many people try our beautiful handmade Pastizzi, which we still make by hand, no machine folding here.With over 25 years of experience in the corporate world, I've held influential positions in operational improvements, people development, marketing, community relations, and high-level financial management.I'm proud to say that I've established and grown one of the most respected marketing and signage businesses in Australia, earning numerous awards for outstanding achievements, including the Outstanding Business Leader award, the Outstanding Customer Service award and an Australia Day Business award for my contributions to the business community.My expertise extends beyond just one successful business venture – I've set up, built, and sold several other businesses, invested in multiple businesses, and mentored and coached over 100 business owners and managers.
