Deliver training on documentation used for Wales and England that meet contractual requirements and Codes of Practice for contracted provision. Monthly site/workplace health and safety monitoring inspections to H&S Reps/Inspectors and Managers with quarterly inspection reports and support Directors with bi-annual inspection reports. My main customer was the Aluminium Company of America (ALCOA), where I delivered training on heavy plant, overhead cranes and their accessories/attachments i.e. King Grabs. tug master, and 16 ton Counterbalance.
