But perhaps Phillip's greatest strength is his strong, results-oriented work ethic: he drives projects to completion in a timely fashion, by thoughtfully planning his work, applying his strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adapting his approach along the way if necessary, and learning new tools and algorithms as needed. He does this not just to meet his own goals, but also those of the team: he pays attention to the big picture, and on multiple occasions volunteered for tasks outside his main focus, doing whatever was necessary to help the team deliver critical milestones on time. In short, Phillip consistently showed himself to be versatile, highly productive, and very dependable. Phillip would be a tremendous addition to any project in robotics, SLAM, and related areas.
