About Phillip Gross

I am currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at NIH/NIA's Center for Alzheimer's and Related Dementia (CARD), where I use iPSC-derived organoids and glia to investigate frontotemporal dementia (FTD). I have over 10 years of laboratory research experience in neuroscience and immunology, including my time at Georgetown University where I received my PhD in neuroscience, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Medimmune. I have extensive experience designing experiments and analyzing data, managing cross-functional collaborations, and communicating my results. I am specifically interested in neuroimmunology and neurodegenerative diseases, with a desire to understand and find possible treatments for these ailments through evidence based research.
