I worked as a project manager Intern on the Supply Chain Design team at Rolls-Royce Indianapolis. I worked on a wide variety of projects, ranging from consolidation of the early stages of the supply chain, to implementation of a new step in the supply chain, to auditing the processes that is currently in place for schedule smoothing. I also worked with the finance team on a project to create a database to keep track of all transactions Rolls-Royce had with another company. With all of this, I utilized project management tools to document each step of the project and keep clear communication with all stakeholders.• Collaborated with over 14 supply chain units to coordinate a communication schedule for the vendor management inventory (VMI) program. • Constructed a database to track all transactions with the AE services distributer and to validate the financials of a $3 billion contract. • Created a statement of work for the physical movement of a government owned cage operated by Rolls-Royce totaling more than $2.1million in government inventory.• Created an automated audit process to check accuracy of Rolls-Royce’s supplier schedule smoothing process• Generated a decision matrix that assessed supplier engineering specifications and capabilities to assist the business with creating leverage within the supply chain through a consolidation process.
