-Manage all aspects of Benchmark Scientific's heating and shaking instrument portfolio including; product launch, marketing, channel management, training, sales, and technical support-Actively support a dynamic distribution network through in-depth product training, industry events, collaborative marketing strategies, and end-user demonstrations-Seek novel distribution channels as well as prospect new opportunity for growth in underdeveloped market segments-Work with management team to develop and execute effective sales strategies designed to broaden brand penetration in key academic and industrial accounts

-Support multiple generalist reps and dealer partners with in-depth product knowledge, demonstrations, and technical assistance-Prospect new sales opportunities in the research, clinical, and academic fields-Market brand image through one-on-one consultations, table demonstrations, industry events, and presentations-Inspect and certify liquid handling equipment to meet ISO standards, assist in GLP SOP protocol creation, and troubleshoot warranty issues/customer complaints
