Then remove all the technical mumbo jumbo to provide no nonsense practical solutions and advice in simple to understand language. If the business owner understands it, they can change their business and I don't stop until they get it. I'm a straight talker, call a spade a spade - It gets the results the business and owner are after 📈From starting out at the coalface as an accounts receivable clerk in a company to working up to senior management positions in accounting firms, I have seen and learnt a lot about business (and keep learning more each day).
