The majority of the UK's spending on capital programmes is managed using approaches that I developed.I recently co-authored the 2017 update of the world's most popular project management method - PRINCE2. I am also a member of the British Standards Institute technical committee on project and programme management and represent the UK in the development of corresponding international standards.
