I now lead the sales and solution development function at Acumera of our leading Edge Computing solution within the retail, hospitality & c-store marketplace - Acumera Reliant Edge Platform. Our software based, physical hardware & cloud agnostic solution provides 'cloud to site' capability for application delivery (type-1 virtualization/containers), configuration management, orchestration, integrated monitoring & data collection. I am focused on evangelizing edge, delivered as the core foundation platform connecting any cloud of our customer's choice for centralized management, API integration & delivery of next-gen customer facing solutions (ML/AI/CV, IoT, etc). Acumera allows our customers to adopt modern modern architectures, through a DevOps approach, adjacent to legacy client/server systems at significant scale. I'm an authoritative and engaged SME across a variety of topics including payment acceptance (architecture, 3rd party vendor integration, vendor/merchant spec certs, PTS device integration, tokenization, omni-channel guest use cases,), "selling" systems & vendor integration (POS, mPOS, self-serve/cashier-less), infrastructure & security (including both ISC2, ISACA & PCI certifications). I've presented how edge facilitates & accelerates innovation at standards conferences and general technology events such as Global PCI SSC Annual Summit, ETA, Conexxus, Edge Computing World, Techtable, Future Retail plus multiple 3rd party vendor led conferences/trade shows including Verifone, ACI Exchange, Tender Retail Landscape, NCR, Splunk .Conf & Gilbarco plus others.

Reliant was successfully acquired by Acumera/Peak Rock Capital February 2022. As VP of Solutions and Limited Partner, I was responsible for leading the expansion of Reliant's product sales, technical solutions & consulting delivery across retail (luxury/specialty/big box), c-store and hospitality (QSR/fast casual/fine dining) brands. This includes the introduction, solution design & delivery of secure central management infrastructure and application delivery at scale to support in-store operations & processing requirements across thousands of locations across a wide and diverse set of use cases. Specifically focused on edge computing, hardware consolidation, system convergence to deliver a fully connected customer/guest experience through technology. Subject matter expert on wide array of topics and disciplines including Edge Computing, POS/mPOS, mobility, e-Commerce, payment acceptance, CRM, sales audit, LP & general ERP systems implementations and best practices.
