Developed a new finance concept (Crowd Funding Campaign and Foundation, CFPF) and had this adopted by Greenpeace Greece and now advising on the continued development of the concept through a feasibility assessment and into a pilot.

Set up the complete implementation and operations for this start-up mini-grid company in Rwanda including recruiting and training the teams, setting up the company sections and planning all SOPs, implementation planning and delivery, system design, stakeholder engagement, network build and site acquisitions. The ARC Power team Phillip set up is now implementing 100% renewable energy mini-grids in Rwanda at a rate of more than 400 connections per month and is the only mid-scale mini-grid operator in the country.
