Current- Develop and implement an Omnichannel distribution model for Taiga. A first in the powersports industry - Build and lead a team of professionals responsible for network operations, sales, and other commercial functions. This involves setting goals, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment for performance and growth - Leading the commercial aspects of the business, including sales, network, and customer relations. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and ensuring that commercial activities align with the company's goals and objectives - Refine strategies for the onboarding of international distributors - Lead the company transition towards a dealer model by pitching, onboarding and ensure successful retailing of products through Taigas dealer network. This includes negotiating contracts, evaluating performance, and resolving disputes - Drive and execute Taigas product allocation, territory and network roll out strategies through its various channels while aligning with production ramp up - Oversee the budgeting process for network and commercial operations, allocating resources effectively to support business objectives while controlling costs - Lead strategic planning activities to identify opportunities for growth and development in both network operations and commercial activities.
