Responsibilities: • Led work efforts consistent with the university’s strategic plan for the use of IT and telecommunications; audio-visual and printing services ensuring that academic and administrative informational needs are supported. Cut capital expenditures and reduced operating expenses by more than 30%.• Led all work efforts for the effective use of PBA’s student identification card system. Responsibilities were focused on pre-implementation IT requirements definition, solution design and implementation planning. Additional responsibilities included mentoring newer team members, participating on certification review boards and consulting ‘task forces’

This engagement included the deployment of a team of IBM IT technical and project management resources to implement processes to create and catalogue some 3000 mortgage forms for fifty states. • A car rental consulting engagement. This engagement included executive strategy development, system design, application development and project implementation.
