Ensure that Blue Man Group values and artistic vision are understood and supported across the organization. Assisting in all functions of the creation of music and sound design including but not limited to setup and execution of tracking sessions, Editing and cleanup of recorded or pre-existing recordings, re-purposing pre-existing audio for use in current projects, Interpretation and building of requested materials from marketing department, organization and mixing of recorded materials in preparation for final delivery or final mix by Chief Engineer. Manage Audio Delivery. Responsible for all Blue Man Group creative audio deliveryEnsure that the audio works with the video for all formats and show playback audio works with show systems. Create or oversee recorded sound design for projects as needed. Ensure that all creative and technical requirements are met for all deliveries and create content if necessary. Co-Develop and maintain systems to track requests for audio content looking for ways to improve efficiency. Collaborate with other BMP departments and travel as necessary to facilitate content delivery (new shows, industrials, gigs, etc)Manage the day-to-day running of the Studio. Other duties include - Building and maintaining recording systems according to specified needs, Organization and maintenance of studio gear, Preparation of equipment for use by other departments, Repairing or Arranging for repairs of broken equipment and musical instruments, acquisition of requested gear, software, etc., Managing and instructing interns on proper studio etiquette, equipment maintenance and recording techniques, as well as any other unspecified duties assigned by management.

Day to Day Studio operations including Basic Facility Maintenance, Coordination of Facility and Equipment Repairs, Equipment and instrument Acquisition, Repair, Maintenance and Refurbishment. Technical Duties include Set-up and Strike of Instruments and Equipment at all Tracking and Mixing sessions. AD/DA Convertor and Analog Tape Machine Maintenance and Calibration.Production Duties include Assisting in creation of all show content produced, as well as Production of all Marketing Dept. assets including Radio and TV spots, as well as internally circulated media content.

¬All Office functions including Sales, Shipping, Customer/Vendor Correspondence, Accounting, and Payroll. Webmaster responsibilities include: Email Correspondence, Website Development and Maintenance, Web sales tracking and fulfillment. Development of new website and product photo line for catalog use.

Day to Day shop operations including Sales, Preparing lighting and sound equipment for rental or events, Customer Service, Communications with vendors, and Payroll.Technician at events duties included: Load-in, Load-out, Setup/Strike, and Operation of Basic Lighting systems, and Advanced Sound systems.
