Additionally, Patrick was able to completely revamp our internal doc-share environment while maintaining the data center under difficult conditions during COVID. This meant- new procedures, on-the-fly changes for compliance, and always adhering to the ultimate goal of customer uptime. Patrick was the cornerstone of keeping a large portion of Oracle Netsuite customers happy with their SLAs during a difficult time, and the effort truly shows. Patrick is someone whom I would think any company would be lucky to have. He is a stand-up, get-it-done person, but also has big aspirations for the future."
