In my role as Sales Director at TechPoint, I am responsible for driving the growth of the business by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities within the electronics manufacturing sector, specifically focused on PCB and PCBA products.Key responsibilities include:Market Research & Analysis: Collaborating with the marketing team to conduct thorough market research, identify trends, assess market demand, and analyze customer needs to position TechPoint for growth in the electronics industry.Strategic Business Development: Developing and executing business plans that target new clients and strategic opportunities. I work closely with prospective and existing customers to identify needs and propose solutions that align with their objectives.Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders to expand our client base, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through tailored electronics manufacturing solutions.Sales Strategy & Targets: Setting ambitious sales goals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to close deals that drive revenue. I continuously monitor sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.Industry Expertise: Staying informed about the latest advancements in PCB/PCBA manufacturing technologies and attending industry events to network with potential clients and partners.Cross-functional Collaboration: Working alongside teams across marketing, engineering, production, sales, and quality assurance to ensure seamless delivery of products and services that meet client requirements.Compliance & Reporting: Preparing detailed proposals and sales reports, while ensuring that all business activities are conducted in line with legal and ethical standards.
