I am a Business Utility Expert at Utility Savings Group, a company that helps UK businesses of all sizes effectively manage and reduce their utility costs. I have a degree in Business Management from the University of York, and I have been working in the utility industry for over 15 years.In my current role, I lead the executive team and oversee the delivery of our services to over 18,000 customers. I also act as a consultant for industry governing bodies, such as Ofgem and the Energy Ombudsman, and provide training and guidance to other utility professionals.
