Designed a secure VPN tunnel, configured on-premise, and cloud-based disaster recovery capabilities. Met regulatory compliance standards with documented backup and fail-over testing plan.Networking:Migrated 18 locations for manufacturing company to a new MPLS network and implemented 5 x Internet capacity served from the corporate HQ to all locations, resulting in improved customer satisfaction through a proactive application performance dashboard.SecurityDeployed Managed Security Awareness Training for 250 users for a manufacturing company. Performed baseline security test for all users, set up the Security Awareness Training program and lowered overall Phish-prone percentage to 2.17%.
