As Advise was acquired by CSS, CSS is now a part of the Confluence family of products. We are still very much doing what we've always done and continue to provide services now in a much larger geographic footprint, company size, and breadth of products. My role has evolved in title and responsibility but I still am working with the same team and company. I am looking forward to continuing in my role as I approach 10 years of post graduate experience as a Business Analyst.As Senior Product Analyst I am fully in charge of one of the Modules of our Signal Platform called Shares Outstanding. My duties include, but aren't limited to; monitoring for changes in ownership of any company that our client's may be invested in, providing analysis and support related to sourcing and validating these changes. I also have a team of people who monitor our sourcing methods including both manual and automated checks with manual verification. I work cross-functionally with our Customer Support Team, Development Team, Regulatory Guidance Team, Quality Analysts, and our Business Analyst group. I also am the Back-up Product Manager for Signal for issues that arise within the US Time-zone.I work directly with clients and have worked both in person at a client site and/or remotely. This includes anything from research, to demos for new clients, to showcasing our enhancements to current clients, as well as training clients or providing retraining as our clients evolve in their needs.

As a Business and Risk Analyst I work both with our products to review new and updated financial regulations and then create requests to have software updated as needed to support this update. This can include researching the regulation to ensure all variables are captured, requesting an update to an existing process, and/or creating a development plan for our developers to follow to complete the request. After updates are completed, I will then be the first to test the changes to ensure that they meet the requirements as set forth in the documentation.As a Risk Analyst I led the development of our Due Diligence Questionnaire Review Service, Process, and Software. I also am part of a Risk Analytics team to review Vendors as requested by Third Party clients, and provide the client with a professional review and supporting documents for the research completed. I also participate in the communication, teleconference, and in person meetings with both the clients and the vendors. I have participated in the review of multiple Fortune 100 and 500 companies worldwide.

Advise Technologies was acquired by Compliance Solutions Strategies in January 2018As a Business Analyst I serve as the alpha and the omega of the system development life cycle. I work heavily in the beginning collaborating with a broad collection of stakeholders from the organization and outside participants such as customers and partners. To succeed, I must be capable of understanding the distinct needs of each stakeholder and communicate with them in language that they understand. At the onset, I work to create requirements documentation that serves as the foundation of the development. During development I work with the Developers to ensure that the product is going to fit the client’s needs, that it will be understood, and usable. In the QA phase I interface with the quality team to ensure functionality and usability of the testing software. In deployment and maintenance I assist with delivery of the final product and create/upkeep both technical and non-technical documentation relating to the product, the process, and the deployment.

As a Lead Retail Consultant I was required to meet personal monthly, and daily sales goals. I was also required to manage the performance and provide performance feedback, and coaching sessions for my team members. Inventory and cash control were also strong pieces of my daily responsibilities. Also, I enjoyed providing the best possible customer service to each of Sprint's customers taking even Sprint's high customer satisfaction standards to the next level.

I managed the evening shift at a local Wendy's restaurant. This included meeting sales goals, serve time goals, and creating food of the highest standard to eliminate possible customer complaints. After close I was also responsible for cash control and daily deposits and ensuring the restaurant was left clean and prepared for the next day.

I worked as a Team Manager for the better part of 3 years, I managed over 100 different team members many of whom went on to be Team Managers and Trainers as well. During this period, I gained in depth experience with managing a team to meet strict performance metrics, and I also gained a great deal of customer relations experience. I was promoted to Operations Manager and from there was placed in charge of the Operations Desk where we created reports, monitored individual statistics, created a mass shift bid for over 800 employees, and reported directly to various levels of management.

I was enlisted in the US Army as an Infantryman from 1998 to 2004. My first duty station was at Ray Barracks, Friedberg, Germany from early 2000-2003 with 1/36 Infantry. and then Fort Riley, Kansas from 2003 till 2004. While in Germany I deployed to Kosovo with the NATO expeditionary force. I served as a team and squad leader, was rated as a an expert light and wheeled vehicle driver, and an expert marksman. Once I PCS'd to Fort Riley I was recognized for my experience with computers and was put in charge of our company Training Room. From there I implemented many early automation processes and the digital tracking of awards and training records. I was Honorably Medically Discharged from the Army in mid 2004 due to injuries received.
