I am a driven, safety first, performance and team orientated, confident Head of Supply Chain. I am proud to have gained experience at various local and multinational entities within the Supply Chain functions. I have managed big, complex operations in South Africa, Brazil and South East Asia. Understanding and navigating financials across currencies, borders and culturally different teams is one of my key strengths. I am a communicator, a problem solver and thrive when challenged to provide solutions to issues encountered in day-to-day functions; and further as it extends to planning for the longer-term strategic goals for Supply Chain. I am decisive in clarifying and elaborating on processes, I thrive in managing process execution and am naturally able to bridge the gaps in communication from the floor to the boardroom across varying subjects. I operate best by building strong relationships, my optimism and ambition helping me collaborate to achieve the best outcome. My experience allows me to draw on what I have learned in practice in the short- and long-term requirements of my role.
