Collaborated with editors, junior designers, illustrators, and photographers to conceptualize, design and manage multiple projects for Wright Group, McGraw-Hill’s K-8 educational publishing group. I worked on a variety of literacy and mathematics programs including ¡Viva!, Everyday Mathematics, Writing Workshop Plus, Fluency First and Core Literacy.

Responsible for multiple projects – taking them from concept development through print production – for Rigby Education, a publishing company that specialized in supplemental reading materials for kindergarten thru fifth grade. I worked closely with editors, outside design firms, junior designers, illustrators, photographers and freelancers to produce creative, engaging materials for Rigby’s various programs including Rigby Literacy, On Our Way to English and e-Assessment.

Conceptualized, designed and managed projects for Access Living, Arthur Andersen, Francis Parker School, Lou Malnati’s, Northwestern University and Wynn’s. Projects included invitations, annual reports, corporate identities, collateral, brochures and direct mail. I was responsible for gathering printing costs, hiring outside photographers, illustrators and/or stock houses and managing projects from initial design through press checks.

Conceptualized, designed and managed a variety of projects including: stamp related merchandise—t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, stationery, ties—for PostMark America, a retail store owned by the United States Postal Service.
