In a successful career as a senior executive with one of the largest banks in Europe my roles have always been about helping people and businesses improve performance. I like all sports and passionate about football. A successful semi-professional footballer and manager, and as Chairman of Prestatyn Town we made Welsh football history by winning the Welsh Cup and reaching the Europa League 2nd qualifying round at the first attempt. I've managed a golfer, a motor racing driver and as a junior played basketball for Wales, football for North Wales and represented my county at cricket and athletics.More recently I have designed and delivered leadership workshops for businesses, schools, and English Premier League clubs.I am now focused on writing about football, from board room to boot room, including self help books for everyone at a football club, as well as football fiction.Happy to connect with anyone interested in Leadership and improving performance - always looking to learn new things and share ideas.
