Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle I was an integral member of the industrial department for the Manchester office of CB Richard Ellis providing advice on lettings, sales and the acquisitions of warehouses, industrial units and the sale and purchase of development sites to corporate clients, property companies and retained clients across the North West. Skills also extended to consultancy to a range of clients.

Prior to CBRE Phil was employed at BE Group in Warrington. This was a mutli-disciplined local practice, of Chartered surveyors, planners, architects and interior designers. My role was assisting the head of department with Industrial & Office instructions, rent reviews & lease renewals and professional valuation work.
