Account Manager
Current• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, internal teams and clients to develop effective digital campaign strategies, including defining the audience; suggesting tactics and budgets; collaborating on creatives; keeping abreast of campaign pacing, reporting results to sales and client• Proactive Campaign Problem Solving: Review pacing and performance reports with Sales to quickly address and resolve issues, including revising the campaign audience, tactics and/or creative assets• Process Improvement: Consistently monitor the digital order workflow process, streamlining the process and documentation from client onboarding through campaign completion• Vendor Communications: Maintain a close working relationship with our digital vendors, ensuring our client campaigns are set up correctly, launched on time and pacing as expected• Quality & Policy Assurance: Proof creative assets prior to forwarding to vendor and review client websites and/or social media sites for prohibited content• Team Communications: Lead training sessions for Sales and internal teams on digital strategy, workflow and best practices
