● Responsible for the daily optimization of all web content. effectively manage all product detail pages to ensure accurate information, pricing, and value-added product information that will assist customers in purchasing decisions. Create & edit copy, video, photos, and graphics to ensure compelling product presentation to maximize conversion and sales● Drive E-Commerce traffic based on solid product knowledge to ensure a user friendly presentation of best selling items as well as up-sell & cross-sell products to increase AOV.● Produce and edit compelling and informative videos based on our products and the cleaning industry.● Leverage web analytics using Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools to influence performance driven decision making and actively participate in optimization efforts.● Manage social media presence to actively engage and communicate regularly with our current customers and to increase awareness and build brand recognition and reputation. Facilitate/coordinate content creation with other marketing team members.● Support E-Commerce Manager with ongoing paid search / e-mail campaigns / implementation of new functionality as needed.● Assist team members with print design using InDesign as well as assisting and graphic design and photography as needed.
