In 2001 Phil buys his first specific Buy to Let property with brother-in-law Greg Greatbatch. 10 years on he has bought investment property covering; Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Northamptonshire, South Yorkshire and the Caribbean.In 2005 Phil and Greg acquired an existing letting agent in Andover, Hampshire that was established in 1997. After just 12 months hard work this duo managed to double the portfolio and continues to build on this with substantial & consistent year on year growth.
