Since launching my first startup venture in my early 20s, I’ve become a serial entrepreneur, managing and owning four successful businesses throughout my career. These companies have spanned a variety of industries from financial services to technology integration. Throughout the journey, I’ve developed a keen ability to identify critical business issues and then develop capable teams and strategic plans for designing and implementing innovative solutions to address them. It has been particularly rewarding to see the importance of company culture, honesty, and transparency, and growing with integrity validated throughout my teams’ accomplishments. I currently enjoy helping organizations leverage software that improves their work and simplifies their lives. I believe work matters and serving others leads to fulfillment, but I’m also a huge proponent of finding meaningful work-life balance.
