Helping the clients of AdaptaSoft, Inc, implement CyberPay and associated software products in their payroll business, minimizing the impact of conversion, while providing them an environment and tools to manage and grow their business.

Most recently, I led a team of highly skilled embedded software engineers, supporting controls for General Motor's Hybrid and Alternative Fuels vehicles. Prior to that, I also led a Manufacturing Applications team supporting Maximo applications, and a manufacturing engineering team, which included tool development and controls engineering.

Established and worked in team developing media-rich interactive applications used in computer based training and marketing. Directly responsible for entire life-cycle, including business development, requirements definition, project management, design, authoring, as well as graphics, animation, video, and audio production. I have continued to maintain hobby-interest in these areas.

Led Electrical CAD/CAE tool support teams responsible for management of CAD/CAE infrastructure and tools, and supporting Intergraph and Mentor Graphics applications. Led teams responsible IT applications utilized by Engineering. Implemented Enterprise-wide global Product Data Management system, and led team supporting engineering client.

I taught EDS Leadership and Professional Skills courses for US-based leadership at all levels of the company. During this time, I facilitated instructor-led training courses for over 1200 learners. In addition, I served as a "master trainer", which included training other trainers on new class content, and reviewing updates and making recommendations to course developers.

Started as part of applications development and support team supporting engineering data management systems. Supported Engineering design and drafting client.Selected to lead global implementation of Electronic Data Management and Distribution system, managing geographically dispersed development teams and suppliers.
