All standard PM responsibilities (scrum ceremonies, clarifying of requirements, etc.). Working with the USA client, 25+ people in the team on the current project and 10+ people on the second project. Most of the team members are from the USA, and some of them are from Poland/Romania. The client is a big USA company with 2500+ employees.

- team management - studying and analysis of the subject area, analysis and determination of customer’s requirements - studying of competitive systems - team work planning, setting objectives for team members (interaction with developers, designers, layout designers, analysts), implementation and deadlines quality control - work on scrum, conducting retrospectives, in general, performing scrum master duties - informing the customer about the project progress, agreeing and clarifying the changes, dispute resolution during development and testing, proposing alternative solutions to a particular problem - marketing policy elaboration for the project development - participation in the pre-sale process of projects

- initially small projects development and completion, landing pages- larger projects development, student testing systems, often working as a full-stack programmer- mass mailing modules development, module for working with digital signature for CRM system “Prostoy business”- integration with the letters/sms mass mailing and working with digital signatures services- since the end of 2013, the developer of the server side of the CRM system “Prostoy business”
