About Phil Ranck Lssmbb, Prosci-Cm

After 24 amazing years in the Army, I have retired in Alaska with my family to enjoy the last frontier. In addition to enjoying all that Alaska offers (and it is a lot), I have started a business to follow my passion, teaching and consulting Lean Six Sigma! Passion might be a little light, obsession might be more accurate. Serving the Army as Warrant Officer was an honor and a privilege and I am happy to say that I continue to support Soldiers and their families as well as the great people and businesses of Alaska. Was my transition picture-perfect, NOPE. Was it full of ups and downs, YUP. Was starting our business and continuing to run in smooth sailing, NOPE. But we are doing what we love and growing on a daily basis. If you have read this far, take it to the next level; let's connect and have a real conversation! Thanks for following me on my journey and following us at Lean Alaska.
