I created performance analysis and metrics, and restructured retailers to offer both the Harley & Buell brands including all support materials for image, merchandising, service and staff training, while defining and navigating critical change in market/demographics. Additionally, as part of the restructuring at retailer level, I managed all M&A activities/evaluations for retailer operations; qualified new retailers and managed those transitions and expansions to the retailer network..Key Achievements: • Catapulted first-year sales from zero to over 500 units–generated approximately $6.75M;• Established a national network of 35 Buell retailers in the 1st year. • Achieved 103% compliance with the Highway Safety Act within 1 year of a catastrophic recall and ban on customer deliveries; Canada was the first nation to reach full compliance on new and previously delivered motorcycles.• Promoted Buell Motorcycles to invigorate brand interest and attract a younger demographic .. ideally building tomorrows Harley client resource.• Designed & introduced an interactive financial and operational matrix to analyse dealer performance; designed the matrix to establish measurement consistency among dealerships and benchmark performance.• Successfully integrated the newly established Buell District Sales/Service Managenet team into the existing Harley DSM team and led the combined team in the dealer performance measurement initiative.
