I created performance analysis and metrics, and restructured retailers to offer both the Harley & Buell brands including all support materials for image, merchandising, service and staff training, while defining and navigating critical change in market/demographics. In Canada exclusively we also distributed a full line of computerized vehicle diagnostic equipment and a fully networked system for shop management, customer service management, point of sale system all integrated into the Hunter systems.
