Led the Government Services Consultant business providing consulting services to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and other federal clients. As VP of Product Development, lead the vision, analysis, definition, prototyping, design, and development of a new eRecruiting product line, based upon the TalentFolio concept and video resume.

Developed and lead the CRM initiative and Utility Solutions Group (Telecommunications & Energy) business unit for this systems integration and consulting firm. Worked closely with the customers’ senior executives to understand and help define their strategic direction and developed visions and teams to exceed their expectations. Grew the business from $0 to over $4 M in three years.

Rapid Systems Solutions was acquired by Impact Innovations Group, where Mr. Sahady led the CRM initiative and Utility Solutions Group.

Provided consulting and leadership skills to assist customers in utilizing technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations. Member of the Network Control Center (NCC) Test System (NTS) team that developed a software system to certify the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) NCC Data System. This effort won the Booz Allen Advanced Technology Award. Lead the Onboard Connectivity Network/Automated Workstation software project for the Defense Information Systems Agency. Performed multiple computer evaluation and rehost studies for the Army including evaluating hardware and software to rehost real-time satellite communications applications.

Provided engineering and consulting skills on multiple projects. Led the development of a Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) mux/demux for high-speed satellite communications. Responsible for design and implementation of a real-time software systems and redesigned signal processors for radar systems.
