Handle all aspects of digital video and graphic animation production for JSP Broadcast. From initial concept and planning to final distribution, I work hand in hand with my clients offering input and support while providing resources to implement their ideas into a real vision. JSP was selected to produce the Colorado Prep Spotlight, a weekly high school sports hi-light and feature show. The show airs every week throughout the various high-school sports seasons on AT&T Sports Net. Handle all aspects of production from story board creation to post production for all JSP clients. Projects include multi-epiosde TV programs, website video, promotional content, sports marketing and much more!

The Colorado Prep Spotlight is a weekly 30 minute TV program solely dedicated to high school sports in Colorado. I lead a fantastic 10 person team that creates game highlights, feature stories and engaging segments on Colorado high school athletes. I handle all script writing, highlight coordination, feature production coordination, and even appear as show host from time to time. This show highlights the great community that is HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS! It is a true honor to showcase and produce a show that is such a benefit to our local communities.

As Director of Digital Media, my main priority is to lead strategy development, execution planning, and implementation of digital marketing across all available interactive mediums. I work closely with executive leadership and business development managers to increase WJB brand awareness in specific markets across the US. Utilizing various forms of digital media (social media, web video, website, and other project specific mediums) the main objective of my role is to ensure proper execution of these campaigns across these various mediums. During my tenure I created a brand new department for the company during which time I successfully hired staff and formed a department budget and equipment template.

Production Office manager and handle all of the accounting for JSP and Hotstockfootage.com. When a new project comes up I am responsible for designating assignments and organizing the project from start to finish. Includes: crewing, talent hiring and coordination, designating distribution, approving production contracts, and overseeing the entire project.Senior Archivist- Taking JSP footage from various production projects and filtering through the best of the best to find what will make for good reusable stock footage. Cut down the various projects into small preview clips that are than metadata tagged including keywords, clip information, and pricing of each clip for sale. Currently I manage over 5,000 clips but that number is steadily growing.
