I design and put on fun football sessions for girls ages 5-8 years old. The sessions are designed to provide enjoyable starting football sessions with the intention of developing girls who want to play and join football teams. Multiple girls have already joined teams and are loving playing football for their teams!

Key responsibilities:- Plan, deliver and review session plans for senior squad in absence of senior coaching staff (Could be with minimal notice).- Assist with the organisation and delivery of training sessions twice a week.- Assist with the coaching on matchdays including: warmup; pass activation; work with substitutes.- Ensure a seamless transition for U19s players provided with the opportunity to train or play up with the senior squad.- Provide individual specific coaching to players.Key achievements:- Became the youngest manager to lead a matchday in the Bute Energy Cup quatre finals, vs Cardiff City (lost 3-0).- Invited to the semi-final draw of the Bute Energy cup and interviewed.

My duties included planning, delivering and reviewing of training sessions in line with the playing style set by the head coach. I assisted with the team selection and play style dependent on the tactical shape of the team we were facing. Led the coaching and warmup activities for each match day.I introduced online workout sessions to assist with the conditioning of the players to reach the physical standards required of senior players.Introduced post-match analysis to aid the development and understanding of the individuals and team tactical understanding. We finished 3rd in the second division of phase 2

I assisted the head coach of the team in the running of the team. I planned and delivered sections of the training sessions as well as attending match days to assists with team selection and Matchday coaching. We finished 3rd in the league

I planned and put on training sessions for the group. My achievements in this role include:Mentoring and developing aspiring football coaches to be able to lead a session and later the team themselves.Developing the players technical abilities with the ball. Taking them from basic football techniques to being able to recognise space and utilise it. The players accuracy of pass, body angles to defend and dribbling technique were all developed.

I assisted with Matchday preparations as well as weekly training sessions. My coaching in training was focussed on planning and delivering sessions for the goalkeepers, whilst assisting with the rest of the training practice.

Support coach for the age groups of 4 years old up to 8 years old. I would help the setup and delivery of weekly coaching session to the boys academy. I would help individual players technically develop as well as the team as a whole. I coached across the entire age group picking up a wide range of skills to develop. By the end of my time in this position the number of players had close to doubled.
