Phil began his career as a social worker and team manager working with several different disability service teams around the North West of England. In 1994 he launched Partners Foundation with his close friend Ann Fairhurst; a not for profit Registered Social Landlord with an average turnover of £4 million per annum and a privately invested portfolio of £50 million. He retired from office in 2018.Launching Houses for Homes in 2002, the company has been guided to organic growth of over £20 million with a very active growth plan under way.Phil is a proven risk manager and is responsible for the creation and continued development of Rentassure and other risk management tools for the special needs sector which is delivered by AON.Phil is passionate about our responsibility as a nation to provide appropriate accommodation to people with extra care needs.retired from office phil shares his 35 years of working in the field of supported housing and is a passionate collector and trader in period cars.
