Managed complete grow in of 4 brand new suspended water table pitches. Promoted to Stadium Director with control of stadium, training site and all natural and synthetic playing surfaces. Planned all maintenance, trained all staff in best practice in Agronomy and turf maintenance technique.

Travelling between England & Leica Geosystems in Switzerland. A partnership venture between two companies, developing the world's first laser guided sports pitch marker. Now used by professional groundsmen around the world. Developed extensive dealer network across the world. Once the system was developed I became the BD manager.

Managed and lecturered Sports Turf Co-Horts from NVQ level 2 to Foundation Degree. Managed 70 students. Co-wrote foundation degree in golf course management.

Responsible for sports turf department. Wrote and had foundation degree in Turfgrass Science approved through Bournemouth University. Lead team through OFSTED inspection. Around 90 students and 10 lecturers managed on a day-to-day basis.

After study. Began life as an instructor worked my way to a lecturers' position and National Diploma programme manager before leaving to further my career in education
