• Management of AXA UK CTO Programmes/Project Delivery team with line management of Senior PMs, PMs and Business Analysts. Responsible for the successful delivery of the CTO delivery portfolio – a set of transversal risk reduction / service improvement programmes and projects; covering infrastructure, security and data management systems.• Overall responsible for the delivery of a major AXA UK compliance programme; managing all aspects within the federated organisation including application deployment, user and network segmentation and service transition (including 3rd party service lines and outsourced support agreements)• 2,500+ users across several UK locations, multiple techncial solutions delivery • Accountable to the executive management team• Senior Stakeholder management (Group COO, CIO, ITDs, Senior Business Executives, Risk)• Governance / Oversight of federated delivery model• Overall responsible for the completion of the outsourcing and transformation programme of the company’s fixed line telephony services to IP telephony hosted and managed by 3rd party service provider; utilising Cisco UCM, Verint, Exony and ARC platforms (Completed April 2013)• 11,000 users across 35 UK locations, multiple solutions delivery • Ownership of the UK telephony service provision into the Operating Companies• Accountable for the programme delivery and transition into BaU service• Senior Stakeholder management (Group COO, CIO, ITDs, Senior Business Executives)• Development of technology ‘roadmap’ and service enhancements• Unified Communications Strategy development
