Managing initial onboarding comms to retention, upsell, intervention and many compliance journeys to manage customers' responsible gambling, and reporting on its successes and required improvements to senior stakeholders across the business.Key achievements: * Grew revenue from CRM by 54.4% in 2021/22 financial year from 20/21 financial year. * Delivered 3000% ROI for CRM team in 2022, 2033% ROI in 2021 and 702% ROI in 2020. * Defined tech stack, built business case and got sign off from all stakeholders across legal, finance, marketing, BI, compliance, customer care, engineering, and product. * Defined roles of CRM team, worked with HR to source and hire talent and implemented clear strategies to enable agile development that considers the changing nature of horse racing with a small team. * Implemented highly personalised messages based on customers’ activities to drive loyalty: race cards in emails with live odds, leaderboards, value statements and numerous personalised, triggered emails to increase revenue from customers. * I was also the lead on the CRM migration project to use Iterable. Tote used Taxi for Email for email building, Twilio for SMS and Movable Ink for dynamic imagery.

I started this vibrant live music website in 2008, and grew readership to around 53,000 page views monthly. At the time, it was one of the largest UK music sites that wasn't managed full time. I negotiated with advertisers, publicised the site via networking with other bloggers and dealt with record labels, public relations companies and unsigned artists on a daily basis. We had four regular writers who I co-ordinate as well. I handed control of the site over in late 2010 to focus on my career.
